At Structure Properties, our Runners are the eyes, ears, and hands of our property management team. You’ll spend most of your day out in the city, not behind a desk, keeping our buildings running smoothly and our tenants taken care of. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly the point.
What You’ll Do
- Be our boots on the ground. Drive between properties across San Francisco to meet tenants, check on units, and handle whatever the day throws at you.
- Coordinate inspections. Meet inspectors, vendors, and contractors on site, provide access, and make sure everyone has what they need to get the job done.
- Post notices. Deliver and post tenant notices on doors accurately and on time.
- Spot problems before they become problems. You’ll notice it, report it, and suggest a fix before anyone has to ask.
- Keep the office in the loop. Send clear updates, photos, and notes so the team always knows what’s happening in the field.

What You’ll Need
- A reliable vehicle, valid California driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- A clean driving record.
- A smartphone for navigation, photos, and team communication.
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and streets.
- Ability to climb stairs (lots of them, this is SF) and be on your feet throughout the day.
Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
